On Tuesday we had a fun day at Water Awareness!!! It was in Morin Rd and we had lessons for 10 days. We had different bus drivers every day. We were split up into the boys and girls groups.
The best part was doing a manu when it was swim safety. It means we had to jump into the water and try to make the biggest splash. I learned floating, breathing and how to keep safe if we get into trouble in the sea. We swam with boards and we did starfishes which was when we lay on our backs with our legs and arms stretched out.
Every single day we had different activities. I liked swimming with the board like a seahorse. The instructors gave us free goggles. The last activity we did each day was a manu and then we left. When we got back to school we had to get changed and we chilled in Room 7. Mr Bell sometimes turned on the tv and we played kahoot or watched a cartoon network show.
